There’s only one thing we know of that could force the earth to tilt beyond 2-3 degrees over the course of 40,000 years, that would be the presence of a larger planet entering our solar system. It explains all the changes going on to other planets and our moon. If you’ll do a little research online, you’ll see that our phases of the moon have changed recently as well. It lights up from a different angle than it used to. That means that its rotation has changed because ours has changed.
